New York Times Video on Tracking Social Media

As someone who has worked as a New Media Director for a statewide campaign, I know that it's important to track the conversations surrounding certain stories. That's why I found this video, which talks about how the New York Times tracks online discussion regarding its articles. Anyone who's interested at all in how campaigns and companies are tracking social media and the blogosphere should definitely check it out.
