My experience as a community organizer quickly taught me the importance of a reliable source of quality analysis and timely reporting. An informed public, after all, is a critical part of our democracy. Rustic Observer will therefore strive to provide that information while serving as a forum for open political discussion that focuses on Virginia politics.

Comments are not only welcome, but encouraged. At the same time, however, foul language, “trolls, and personal attacks are not.
